Welcome to Lotusfeet Reflexology. By booking an appointment and utilizing our services, you agree to the following terms and policies. Please read them carefully.

1. Nature of Services & Clinical Approach

  • Not a Medical Facility: Lotusfeet Reflexology is a specialized clinical reflexology centre practising the globally recognized Kruchik Method. We are not medical doctors, and our therapies are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • Complementary Therapy: Our services, including the Treatment of Pain (TOP) and Lymphatic Drainage Reflexology, are supportive and complementary therapies designed to assist the body's natural healing process. We do not guarantee "miracle cures."

  • Strictly No Spa Services: Lotusfeet does not offer ordinary foot massages, spa treatments, or general relaxation parlour services. We strictly provide structured clinical reflexology.

2. Appointments & Walk-in Policy

  • Advance Booking Required: All sessions must be scheduled in advance. Walk-ins are strictly not accommodated to ensure an uninterrupted clinical environment for our clients.

  • Punctuality & Cancellations: Clients are requested to arrive on time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please inform us via WhatsApp (+91 9633 743 588) at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

3. Initial Health Assessment & Disclosure

  • Mandatory Assessment: Your first visit involves a mandatory 40-minute health assessment session to understand your condition and design an appropriate therapy plan.

  • Accurate Information: Clients must provide accurate and complete information regarding their medical history, current health conditions, and medications. Lotusfeet is not liable for any adverse effects resulting from undisclosed medical information.

4. Privacy & Confidentiality

  • We deeply respect your privacy. All personal and health-related information shared during your assessment and subsequent sessions is kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent.

5. Right to Refuse Service

  • We maintain a calm, clean, and professional healing environment. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a session if a client exhibits inappropriate behavior or fails to adhere to our clinic’s professional guidelines.
